Setting up your Novo Pro is easy. Simply insert a filled pod and inhale on the mouthpiece to vape. Alternatively, you can enable button activation by clicking the button five times. The device automatically detects your pod and adjusts to the optimal power level, but you can also manually adjust the wattage for more control. The screen displays important information, including battery charge level. When the battery is low, you can quickly recharge using the included USB-C cable.
The Novo Pro is compatible with pods from the Novo, Novo 2, and Novo 2X ranges, giving you plenty of options to find your favorite. Lower resistance pods offer an airier inhale, while higher resistance pods provide a more restricted draw. You can further customize each puff with the adjustable airflow switch. The pods have built-in coils, making maintenance simple—just replace the pod when the coil is spent. For best results, use 50% VG e-liquid.

- Free Shipping: We offer free shipping on all UK orders on or Above £30 other than Northern Ireland where free shipping applies on Orders on or above £60.
- Express Shipping (UK) Excluding Northern Ireland: For orders under £30, a shipping charge of £2.99 will apply unless a discount has been provided or a deal is ongoing.
- Northern Ireland: For Northern Ireland Orders less than £60 will be charged £5.99 for Express Delivery.
Next Day Delivery (UK)
We strive to deliver all UK orders using next day shipping; however, please be aware that this is dependent on the courier service, and delays are possible. While we make every effort to ensure your order arrives the next business day, next day delivery is not guaranteed.
- Order Cut-Off Time: To qualify for next day delivery, orders must be placed by 5 PM on a business day. Orders placed after this time, or on non-business days, will be processed the next business day and delivered the following business day.
- Eligibility: Next day delivery is available only for addresses within mainland UK. Please note that certain postcodes, including but not limited to BS98-99, BT34-35, BT44-46, BT53-55, BT60-61, BT68-71, BT74-82, BT92-94, and island locations, may not be eligible for next day delivery.
