We're committed to offering only genuine products and want you to be confident in every order. Our Product Warranty & Faulty Goods Policy explains how we handle issues and what you can expect if things go wrong.

What Our Warranty Covers

  • We guarantee that all products we ship are genuine, brand new, and unused.
  • If your item arrives faulty or develops a fault within a reasonable initial use period (factory defects, dead on arrival, etc.), we will offer a replacement or refund as appropriate.
  • We do not offer extended warranties beyond the manufacturer’s own terms, but many brands provide long-term warranty support. We are happy to guide you to the correct brand contact if you need assistance after our period.

How to Claim: Faulty Product Process

  1. Contact us within 48 hours of discovering the problem. Include your order number, product details, and a clear description of the fault.
  2. Send images or a video (where visible) to help us quickly verify the issue.
  3. If the fault is clear and confirmed – we will arrange a refund or send a replacement product as soon as possible.
  4. If the fault is not clearly visible – we may ask you to post the product back to us for inspection. Once inspected and the fault is verified, we will offer an appropriate replacement or refund. We'll cover your return postage for proven faults.

Note: We cannot provide refunds/replacements for products that have malfunctioned due to misuse, user error, or normal wear and tear (such as coils and pods, which are not covered unless faulty on arrival).

Manufacturer Warranty & Long-Term Support

As a reseller, Vape Offers supplies products from various leading brands. Most long-term warranties (e.g., 6-12 months for mods or devices) are provided by the manufacturer, not us directly. If your product develops a fault after our guarantee period, we will direct you to the relevant brand’s warranty department and provide your proof of purchase.

Exclusions & Important Notes

  • Consumable items (coils, pods, e-liquids, drip tips, cotton, etc.) are only covered if faulty on arrival. Once used, they are not eligible for warranty, due to their nature.
  • Damage caused by misuse, accident, or modification is not covered.
  • Products sold as clearance or "final sale" may have limited or no warranty; please check product descriptions.
