Orders to UK Mainland usually arrive next working day, but this is not guaranteed. Northern Ireland may take 2–3 working days. We ship 24hr tracked via Royal Mail.

We accept returns within 30 days. The item must be unused and in its original packaging.

You can request a return or refund directly from your order page. You also have the option to receive store credit as a voucher.

Refunds are issued within 10 days of receiving your returned item. It may take 1–5 working days to reflect in your account depending on your payment provider.
