How it works

The Click system pairs a 2ml prefilled mesh pod with a dedicated 10ml prefilled refill container. Assemble the matching pod and container, then click the complete unit into the rechargeable device. The Click 50K activates when you inhale, while its button controls power and mode. Regular runs at 10W and Boost at 20W. The OLED display shows battery and mode information.

Setup & how to use

  1. Charge the device with a suitable USB-C cable; a cable is not supplied.
  2. Prepare one 2ml pod and its matching 10ml container as shown in the user booklet.
  3. Insert the refill container into the bottom of the pod housing until the two parts are secure.
  4. Click the assembled pod unit into the battery device.
  5. Switch the device on and select Regular or Boost mode with the button, following the booklet.
  6. Inhale through the mouthpiece to activate the device.
If something is not right

Troubleshooting

  • No vapour — charge the device, check it is switched on and firmly reseat the pod assembly.
  • Intermittent output — remove the assembly, check the pod and container are joined securely, then click it back into place.
  • Unexpected output level — check the selected mode on the OLED display and use the button to return to the required setting.
  • Weak flavour or low vapour — check whether the supplied container is depleted and replace the complete pod-and-container pack when finished.
  • Visible liquid around the connection — remove the pod, wipe the device connection dry and stop using any damaged pack.

At Vape Offers, we provide an easy returns policy, allowing you to return your items within 30 days from the delivery date for a refund or replacement, provided that the product is unused and unopened.

  • Condition for Returns: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. All hardware must be in the original packaging, including any outer sleeve, as these contain product serial numbers. We cannot accept any hardware back without this. Any free gifts or samples included with your order are yours to keep!

  • Return Process: Please email us at info@vapeoffers.co.uk with your return request, including your original order number and the reason for the return. We will provide you with further instructions on how to send your items back, subject to returns approval.

  • Packaging: Ensure your items are securely packaged to prevent damage during return shipping. We recommend using suitable materials like old newspapers, but please avoid unsuitable options like old socks! Proper packaging helps ensure your return reaches us in good condition.

  • Return Postage: If the return is due to an error on our part, such as sending the wrong item, we will cover the return postage cost. Otherwise, the cost of return postage will be your responsibility. Delivery charges will only be refunded if the return is due to a mistake on our part.

Exceptions
