1. Introduction

Welcome to Vape Offers, operated by ZRKS Trading Ltd (Company No. 12556050, VAT No. 429409775). By using this website and purchasing products from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before placing an order.

If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not use this website or purchase our products.

2. Age Restriction

  • You must be at least 18 years old to purchase from our website.

  • We take age verification seriously and may use third-party services and/or request identification to confirm your age.

  • If you cannot satisfactorily prove that you are 18 or over, we reserve the right to cancel your order and refund your payment.

4. Orders and Payment Information

4.1 Accepted payment methods

Payments on our website are processed securely through regulated payment service providers. Depending on availability at checkout, we may accept:

  • Credit and debit cards (including Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express and others)

    • Processed via Viva.com (Viva Wallet) and/or CyberSource (Visa Acceptance Solutions).

  • 30+ payment methods by Viva.com (alternative local and digital payment methods, where available).

  • Wallid: Pay by Bank

    • A secure open-banking payment option that allows you to pay directly from your UK bank account. You will authorise the payment in your own banking app; card details are not entered on our site.

  • Bank Deposit / Manual Bank Transfer (BACS)

    • You may pay by bank transfer using the details provided at checkout. Your order will only be processed once cleared funds are received.

We may add, remove or change supported payment methods from time to time.

4.2 Order confirmation

When you place an order, you will see an on-screen confirmation and receive an automated email stating, for example:

“Order # [number] confirmed – thank you for your purchase. We are getting your order ready and will notify you when it has been sent.”

This confirmation means we have received your order request, but it does not mean that your order has been finally accepted or dispatched.

We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order (and, where payment has been taken, issue a refund) if:

  • Payment has not been received (including where a bank transfer or Pay-by-Bank payment fails or is not completed);

  • There is a pricing or product description error;

  • The product is out of stock or no longer available;

  • You do not meet the legal requirements to purchase the product (for example, age restrictions);

  • We reasonably suspect fraudulent or abusive activity; or

  • Any other unforeseen issue arises which prevents us from fulfilling the order.

4.3 Dispatch and shipping notifications

When a shipping label is generated, an automated dispatch email may be sent. This is generated by our system and does not guarantee that the parcel has already left our premises. In rare cases, an order may still be cancelled or adjusted after a label has been created (for example, due to stock or verification issues).

If we cancel an order after payment has been taken, we will process a refund to the original payment method.

5. Accuracy of Billing and Account Information

We reserve the right to refuse any order at our sole discretion. We may also limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed:

  • Under the same customer account;

  • Using the same payment card or other payment method;

  • With the same billing and/or shipping address.

If we make a change to or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you using the email address and/or phone number provided at checkout.

You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all transactions made on our site, and to promptly update this information where necessary.

6. Product Restrictions

We reserve the right to refuse service or limit the quantities of any product at our discretion. We may restrict sales to certain geographic regions or countries in line with local regulations and shipping limitations.

Orders that appear to be placed by resellers, distributors, or for onward unauthorised resale may be limited or cancelled.

7. Shipping and Delivery

We offer delivery throughout the UK. Full details of available services and pricing are shown on our Shipping Information page.

Key points:

  • Next Day Delivery:

    • Orders must be placed before 3:00 PM (business days) to qualify.

    • Orders placed after 3:00 PM or on non-business days are processed the next business day, and delivery is then scheduled for the following business day.

  • Mainland UK only:

    • Next day delivery is only available for mainland UK addresses. Certain postcodes (including but not limited to BS98–99, BT34–35, BT44–46, BT53–55, BT60–61, BT68–71, BT74–82, BT92–94) and island locations may not be eligible.

  • Courier delays:

    • We aim to dispatch orders promptly, but delays caused by the courier are outside our control. We are not liable for such delays.

  • Proof of delivery:

    • Where the courier’s tracking system shows an item as delivered, this will normally be treated as proof of delivery.

8. Discounts, Promotions and Subscriptions

We may offer various discounts and promotions (for example, coupon codes, loyalty rewards, multi-buy deals, subscription discounts or amount-off offers).

Unless explicitly stated otherwise:

  • Discounts and promotions cannot be combined with other offers;

  • Discounts may be limited to selected products or categories;

  • We reserve the right to amend or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.

Loyalty & Rewards Programme

We operate an optional online loyalty programme called “Vape Offers Rewards” for eligible customers aged 18+ who create an account on VapeOffers.co.uk.

The programme allows you to earn points on eligible purchases and certain other actions (such as creating an account or referring a friend) and to redeem those points for money-off vouchers, as described on our Rewards page.

Points have no cash value, are not legal tender and are not transferable or saleable. Points can only be redeemed in accordance with the rules shown on our Rewards page and cannot normally be exchanged for cash.

Only one rewards account is permitted per person. We may close or merge duplicate, fraudulent or suspicious accounts and remove any associated points or rewards.

We may adjust or remove points where orders are cancelled, refunded, fraudulent or placed in breach of these Terms and Conditions.

Redeemed reward vouchers are treated as discount codes and are normally limited to one code per order. Voucher values, minimum spend thresholds and expiry periods are shown on our Rewards page and may change from time to time.

We may amend or withdraw the loyalty programme, or change how points are earned and redeemed, at any time. Any changes will be updated on our Rewards page and/or in these Terms and Conditions. Your continued participation in the programme after changes take effect will constitute acceptance of those changes.

9. Returns and Refunds

Our Returns Policy (available separately on the website) sets out how to return products and request refunds. That policy forms part of these Terms.

Key points:

  • If you experience any issue with your order, please contact us as soon as possible.

  • For faulty items, we may request photo or video evidence. We reserve the right to accept or reject such evidence where the fault is not clear.

  • If you believe an item is missing from your delivery, you must contact us on the same day the parcel is received and, where possible, provide evidence (for example, photos or video taken while opening the parcel).

Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law.

10. Third-Party Links

Our website may include links to third-party websites or services. These are provided for your convenience only. We do not control and are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of any third-party sites. You should review their own terms and policies before using them.

11. User Content

If you submit reviews, feedback, suggestions, comments or other content to us, you grant Vape Offers a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual licence to use, reproduce, modify and display such content in connection with our business, without obligation to you.

We reserve the right (but are not obliged) to monitor, edit or remove content that we consider unlawful, offensive, misleading or otherwise inappropriate.

12. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our website and all products and services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee that:

  • The website will be error-free or uninterrupted;

  • Information on the website will always be complete, accurate or up to date.

Any information relating to health, wellbeing or smoking cessation is provided for general information only and does not constitute medical advice. You should seek independent medical advice where appropriate.

Nothing in this section is intended to exclude or limit any warranty or guarantee that cannot be excluded under UK law.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vape Offers (ZRKS Trading Ltd), its directors, employees and agents shall not be liable for:

  • Any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss or damage;

  • Loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill or other intangible losses;

arising out of or in connection with your use of our website, products or services.

We are a retailer, not the manufacturer of the products. To the extent permitted by law, our liability in respect of any product is limited to the purchase price you paid for that product.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under UK law.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Vape Offers (ZRKS Trading Ltd), its directors, employees and agents from any claims, damages, losses, costs or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your breach of these Terms or your misuse of this website.

15. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the website and services at any time if we reasonably believe you have breached these Terms or engaged in fraudulent or abusive behaviour.

Any obligations or liabilities incurred prior to termination (including payment obligations and our limitation of liability) will survive termination.

16. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them are governed by the laws of England and Wales. You and we agree that the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction, except that consumers resident in Scotland or Northern Ireland may also bring claims in their local courts.

17. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time, for example to reflect changes in our practices, products or legal requirements. The updated version will be posted on this page with an updated “last updated” date.

Your continued use of the website after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
