- Choose the reward you want (£2, £5 or £10 off) and click Redeem.
- You’ll receive a unique discount code (starting with VO2, VO5 or VO10).
- At checkout, paste the code into the “Discount code” box and complete your order.
Because of how Shopify discount codes work, you can normally use one discount code per order, so loyalty vouchers usually cannot be combined with another promo code.

At present, points themselves do not have a fixed expiry date. However, once you convert points into a voucher, that voucher is valid for 12 months from the date it is created.
