Overview

Vaporesso XROS 4 Pod Kit

The Vaporesso XROS 4 is the control-focused model in the fourth-generation XROS pair. It combines a 1000mAh battery and 2A Type-C charging with a display, button controls, auto-draw activation and three selectable output modes. Pulse mode is designed to maintain output during the draw, while the rear airflow slider moves between tighter MTL and more open draws. The UK kit includes 2ml 0.4Ω and 0.8Ω top-fill XROS pods using COREX 2.0 technology. It also supports the wider 0.4Ω–1.2Ω XROS pod range, making it the more adjustable alternative to the screen-free XROS 4 Mini.

E-liquid: what to use & where to buy

Vaporesso states freebase and nic-salt compatibility. Use balanced e-liquid such as 50/50 as the default UK recommendation; do not state a fixed nicotine strength.

The basics

How it works

The device supports auto draw and button activation. The button manages locking and the three output modes; Pulse mode maintains output during the draw. The rear slider changes draw tightness.

Get started

Setup & how to use

Charge with a suitable Type-C source. Remove the pod mouthpiece, fill through the indicated port without putting liquid into the central airflow path, reseal, wait about five minutes with a new pod, insert it firmly, set airflow and choose auto draw or button activation.

If something is not right

Troubleshooting

For no activation, unlock, charge, reseat the pod and clean dry contacts. For a burnt taste, stop use, check liquid level, allow a new pod to saturate and replace a worn pod. For leaking or gurgling, avoid overfilling, close the top fill securely and inspect the pod.

Safety, storage & recycling

Keep the device and its built-in battery away from extreme heat, water and direct sunlight. Charge on a non-flammable surface using a USB-C lead and don't leave it charging unattended. Keep the device, pods and e-liquid out of reach of children and pets, and wash your hands after handling e-liquid.

At end of life, don't put the device in general waste — recycle it at a battery or small-electricals recycling point, or via a vape take-back scheme where available. Empty pods can be recycled with small electricals where accepted.

Helpful answers

Frequently asked questions

Which pods fit the Vaporesso XROS 4?

It supports 2ml XROS Series pods from 0.4Ω to 1.2Ω, including the Vape Offers COREX 2.0 and COREX 3.0 replacement-pod listings.

What is the difference between the XROS 4 and XROS 4 Mini?

Both use a 1000mAh battery and support the XROS pod range. The XROS 4 adds a display, button firing, selectable modes, Pulse mode and 2A charging. The Mini is shorter, lighter, screen-free, auto-draw only and charges at 1A.

Which pods come in the XROS 4 kit?

Vaporesso's TPD pack contains a 2ml 0.4Ω pod pre-installed and a 2ml 0.8Ω pod in the box.

What does Pulse mode do on the XROS 4?

Pulse mode is Vaporesso's output mode for maintaining power delivery during the draw. The device also provides three selectable output modes shown on its display.

How do I fill an XROS 4 pod?

Remove the mouthpiece, fill through the marked top-fill port rather than the central airflow chimney, close it securely and let a new pod stand for about five minutes before use.

What e-liquid works with the XROS 4?

Vaporesso describes XROS pods as suitable for freebase and nic-salt e-liquid. A balanced 50/50 liquid is the default UK recommendation for this 2ml system. The device does not require a fixed nicotine strength.

Does the XROS 4 work by inhaling or by button?

It supports both auto draw and button activation. The button is also used to lock and adjust the device.

What should I do if the XROS 4 tastes burnt?

Stop using it, check that the pod contains enough liquid and allow a newly filled pod time to saturate. If the taste remains or the pod has been used for some time, replace it. Pod lifespan varies and should not be promised as a fixed number of days.
