Charge with a suitable Type-C source. Remove the pod mouthpiece, fill through the indicated port without putting liquid into the central airflow path, reseal, wait about five minutes with a new pod, insert it firmly and set the airflow.

If something is not right

Troubleshooting

For no activation, charge, reseat the pod and clean dry contacts. For a burnt taste, stop use, check liquid level, allow a new pod to saturate and replace a worn pod. For leaking or gurgling, avoid overfilling, close the top fill securely, clear condensation and inspect the pod.
