Hayati Pro Max Plus 6000 Prefilled Pods

The Hayati Pro Max Plus 6000 prefilled pods (also known as Hayati 6K pods, 6K replacement pods or 6K refill pods) are the official replacement pods for the rechargeable Hayati Pro Max Plus 6000 device. A 2ml pod connects to a 10ml refill container to form one complete pod set, giving a manufacturer-stated 6000 puffs of Hayati's signature 20mg nic-salt e-liquid with a smooth mouth-to-lung draw. Actual puff count varies with draw length and frequency.

Sometimes searched as "refill pods", these pods are sealed and not manually refillable. There's no fill port. When the liquid runs out, you swap the complete pod set. Made by PAX and designed in the UK, the Pro Max Plus 6000 replaced the older Pro Max 4000 disposable with a rechargeable device and replaceable pods.

The basics

How it works

The 2ml pod and the 10ml prefilled container connect to create one complete pod set. The container feeds the pod during use, so there's no bottle filling and no open refill port. When the liquid's finished, replace the whole set. Don't open or refill the components.

  1. Match both arrows: line up the arrows on the pod and container
  2. Push firmly until the two parts click together
  3. Feel it click: a loose pod can leak
  4. Insert the assembled pod into the device

No silicone needs to be removed. Match both arrow markings and push until the components connect securely. Don't cut, puncture or modify the sealed pod.

If something is not right

Troubleshooting

If the pod feels loose or leaks: Remove it, re-check both arrow alignments, and reconnect firmly until it clicks into place. If it continues after a correct fit, or a component looks damaged, stop using it and contact us.

Keep pods in their original packaging, below 25°C, away from heat, light and moisture, and out of reach of children and pets. Don't use a damaged or leaking component. Strictly 18+; nicotine is highly addictive and not for non-smokers or use during pregnancy.

Recycling: don't bin used pods with general waste. Return them to a vape-recycling point or bring them back to store.

We provide shipping throughout the United Kingdom. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and other factors beyond our control.

Shipping Charges

  • Free Standard Delivery: We offer free standard delivery on all mainland UK orders on or above £30. For Northern Ireland and non-mainland addresses, free delivery applies on orders on or above £70.
  • Standard Delivery (UK, 48hr Tracked) – Excluding Northern Ireland: For orders under £30, a shipping charge of £2.99 will apply unless a discount has been provided or a deal is ongoing.
  • Northern Ireland & Non-Mainland: For orders under £70, a charge of £5.99 will apply.

Next Day Delivery (UK)

  • Next Day Delivery (Business Days): £3.49
    We offer next day delivery across mainland UK; however, this service is dependent on the courier, and delays are possible. While we make every effort to dispatch orders for next day delivery, next day delivery is not guaranteed.

Order Cut-Off Time

Returns and Refunds Policy for Vape Offers

Returns

At Vape Offers, we provide an easy returns policy, allowing you to return your items within 30 days from the delivery date for a refund or replacement, provided that the product is unused and unopened.

  • Condition for Returns: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. All hardware must be in the original packaging, including any outer sleeve, as these contain product serial numbers. We cannot accept any hardware back without this. Any free gifts or samples included with your order are yours to keep!

  • Return Process: Please email us at info@vapeoffers.co.uk with your return request, including your original order number and the reason for the return. We will provide you with further instructions on how to send your items back, subject to returns approval.

  • Packaging: Ensure your items are securely packaged to prevent damage during return shipping. We recommend using suitable materials like old newspapers, but please avoid unsuitable options like old socks! Proper packaging helps ensure your return reaches us in good condition.

  • Return Postage: If the return is due to an error on our part, such as sending the wrong item, we will cover the return postage cost. Otherwise, the cost of return postage will be your responsibility. Delivery charges will only be refunded if the return is due to a mistake on our part.

Exceptions

Certain items are exempt from being returned due to hygiene reasons. These include:

  • Opened e-liquids
  • Tanks, atomisers, or pods that have been filled with liquid, used, or removed from their sealed packaging
  • Vape kits that have been filled with liquid or used
  • Drip tips (mouthpieces)
  • Opened coils or pods

Additionally, perishable goods, hazardous materials, and flammable liquids or gases cannot be returned. Non-returnable items also include gift cards, downloadable software products, and certain health and personal care items.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email about the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved Refunds: If your refund is approved, it will be processed immediately, and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original payment method. While we process refunds on the same day we receive the returned items, please allow 2 to 5 business days for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your bank's processing time.

  • Partial Refunds: In some situations, partial refunds may be granted, such as:

    • Items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
    • Items returned more than 30 days after delivery
  • Sale Items: Only regular-priced items are eligible for a refund; unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund within 7 working days of our confirmation, please:

  • Contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  • Contact your bank. Processing times before a refund is posted can vary.

Which device do these pods fit?

The rechargeable Hayati Pro Max Plus 6000 only. They don't fit the ProMax S1, Pro Ultra Plus 25000 or other systems.

Are these pods refillable?

No. They're sealed prefilled pods with no fill port. The pod feeds from the 10ml container; when empty, you swap the whole set.

Do I need to remove any silicone?

No. The manufacturer's setup card confirms no silicone needs to be removed. Match both arrows and push until the components connect securely.

Do these come in 0mg (nicotine-free)?

This product is currently available in 20mg (2%) nicotine salt only. Nicotine-free (0mg) is not stocked in this range.

How do I know when to replace the pod?

Replace it when the flavour weakens, vapour drops, or you get a burnt taste. The clear window shows when the container is empty.
