We provide shipping throughout the United Kingdom. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and other factors beyond our control.
Shipping Charges
- Free Standard Delivery: We offer free standard delivery on all mainland UK orders on or above £30. For Northern Ireland and non-mainland addresses, free delivery applies on orders on or above £70.
- Standard Delivery (UK, 48hr Tracked) – Excluding Northern Ireland: For orders under £30, a shipping charge of £2.99 will apply unless a discount has been provided or a deal is ongoing.
- Northern Ireland & Non-Mainland: For orders under £70, a charge of £5.99 will apply.
Next Day Delivery (UK)
- Next Day Delivery (Business Days): £3.49
We offer next day delivery across mainland UK; however, this service is dependent on the courier, and delays are possible. While we make every effort to dispatch orders for next day delivery, next day delivery is not guaranteed.
Order Cut-Off Time
To qualify for next day delivery, orders must be placed by 5 PM on a business day (Monday–Friday, excluding bank holidays). Orders placed after this time, or on non-business days, will be processed the next business day.
Eligibility
Next day delivery is available only for addresses within mainland UK. Please note that certain postcodes, including but not limited to BS98–99, BT34–35, BT44–46, BT53–55, BT60–61, BT68–71, BT74–82, BT92–94, and island locations, may not be eligible for next day delivery. We advise checking the specific delivery options for your postcode when placing an order.
Courier Delays
While we strive to ensure that your order reaches you on time, delays caused by the courier service are beyond our control. Vape Offers cannot be held responsible for such delays. Delivery times are estimates only and reflect our intended service level, not a guaranteed delivery timeframe.
Proof of Delivery
If proof of delivery is available on the courier's website, Vape Offers is not responsible for any claims of undelivered items. We encourage customers to monitor their tracking information closely and contact the courier directly in case of any issues with delivery.
High-Value Orders
For orders valued over £75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. While we do our best to ensure the safe delivery of all orders, we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items that are lost or damaged in transit without tracking.

Returns
At Vape Offers, we provide an easy returns policy, allowing you to return your items within 30 days from the delivery date for a refund or replacement, provided that the product is unused and unopened.

Condition for Returns: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. All hardware must be in the original packaging, including any outer sleeve, as these contain product serial numbers. We cannot accept any hardware back without this. Any free gifts or samples included with your order are yours to keep!

Return Process: Please email us at info@vapeoffers.co.uk with your return request, including your original order number and the reason for the return. We will provide you with further instructions on how to send your items back, subject to returns approval.

Packaging: Ensure your items are securely packaged to prevent damage during return shipping. We recommend using suitable materials like old newspapers, but please avoid unsuitable options like old socks! Proper packaging helps ensure your return reaches us in good condition.

Return Postage: If the return is due to an error on our part, such as sending the wrong item, we will cover the return postage cost. Otherwise, the cost of return postage will be your responsibility. Delivery charges will only be refunded if the return is due to a mistake on our part.
Exceptions
Certain items are exempt from being returned due to hygiene reasons. These include:
- Opened e-liquids
- Tanks, atomisers, or pods that have been filled with liquid, used, or removed from their sealed packaging
- Vape kits that have been filled with liquid or used
- Drip tips (mouthpieces)
- Opened coils or pods
Additionally, perishable goods, hazardous materials, and flammable liquids or gases cannot be returned. Non-returnable items also include gift cards, downloadable software products, and certain health and personal care items.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email about the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved Refunds: If your refund is approved, it will be processed immediately, and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original payment method. While we process refunds on the same day we receive the returned items, please allow 2 to 5 business days for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your bank's processing time.

Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund within 7 working days of our confirmation, please:

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return.
