The basics

How it works

The Nera Fullview uses a rechargeable device, a replaceable 2ml mesh pod and a sealed 10ml prefilled container. Once the matching pod and container are seated, the device activates when you inhale. Its curved display shows battery status and the selected Normal or Turbo mode, while the remaining e-liquid can be seen through the system. When one set is finished, replace both consumable parts with a Nera 15K pack.

Setup & how to use

  1. Remove the Nera pod and container from their packaging and take off every protective seal.
  2. Fit the sealed container into the Nera 30K device in the orientation shown on the pack.
  3. Seat the 2ml pod at the top of the device without twisting or forcing it.
  4. Check that both parts sit securely, then inhale through the mouthpiece to activate the device.
  5. Use the device control to select Normal or Turbo mode when required.
  6. Replace the pod-and-container set when the e-liquid is depleted.
If something is not right

Troubleshooting

  • No vapour: charge the device through USB Type-C, remove every protective seal and reseat both consumable parts.
  • Intermittent output: remove the pod, dry the contact surfaces and fit it again without forcing it.
  • Mode feels too strong: select Normal mode rather than Turbo before taking another draw.
  • E-liquid depleted: remove the finished pod and container, then install one complete Nera 15K replacement set.

Returns

At Vape Offers, we provide an easy returns policy, allowing you to return your items within 30 days from the delivery date for a refund or replacement, provided that the product is unused and unopened.

  • Condition for Returns: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. All hardware must be in the original packaging, including any outer sleeve, as these contain product serial numbers. We cannot accept any hardware back without this. Any free gifts or samples included with your order are yours to keep!

  • Return Process: Please email us at info@vapeoffers.co.uk with your return request, including your original order number and the reason for the return. We will provide you with further instructions on how to send your items back, subject to returns approval.

  • Packaging: Ensure your items are securely packaged to prevent damage during return shipping. We recommend using suitable materials like old newspapers, but please avoid unsuitable options like old socks! Proper packaging helps ensure your return reaches us in good condition.

  • Return Postage: If the return is due to an error on our part, such as sending the wrong item, we will cover the return postage cost. Otherwise, the cost of return postage will be your responsibility. Delivery charges will only be refunded if the return is due to a mistake on our part.

Exceptions

Refunds
