Why people choose it
Battery capacity is the main reason. At 5000mAh this is one of the larger internal-battery mods in the iStick line, aimed at vapers who would rather charge once a day than top up between sessions. The colour screen keeps wattage, coil resistance and battery level in view, and the output is adjustable across the range up to 80W, so it can be set gently for a higher-resistance coil or opened up for a sub-ohm tank.
One thing worth knowing before you buy: like any regulated mod running on an internal battery, the power it can deliver drops as the battery drains. If you vape near the top of its range you will see the wattage step down before the battery is empty. Eleaf's own guidance confirms this is normal behaviour for the device rather than a fault.

Charge it with the cable supplied or an equivalent, keep it out of extreme heat and cold, and stop using it if the body or the charging port is damaged.
