Order and Payment Information
Payments are securely processed through Viva Wallet. When you place an order, you will receive an automated confirmation email indicating that we have received your order and will prepare it. However, we reserve the right to cancel the order if we find that stock is unavailable, pricing is incorrect, or the customer is not legally entitled to purchase the products. Please note that when we generate shipping labels, an automated dispatch email is sent, but this does not guarantee that the order has been dispatched. We still reserve the right to cancel the order for the reasons mentioned above.
Accuracy of Billing and Account Information
We reserve the right to refuse any order at our sole discretion. We may also limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, household, or order. These restrictions may apply to orders placed using the same customer account, payment method, or sharing the same billing or shipping address. - Next Day Delivery: Orders must be placed before 5PM on a business day to qualify for next day delivery. Orders placed after 5PM or on non-business days will be processed on the next business day and delivered the following business day.
- Mainland UK: Next day delivery is available only for mainland UK addresses. Please be aware that certain postcodes, including but not limited to BS98-99, BT34-35, BT44-46, BT53-55, BT60-61, BT68-71, BT74-82, BT92-94, as well as island locations, may not qualify for next day delivery.
- Courier Delays: While we strive to ensure timely delivery, delays caused by the courier are beyond our control. We cannot be held responsible for such delays.
- Proof of Delivery: If proof of delivery is available on the courier's website, we are not responsible for any claims of undelivered items.
