Disposable Vapes Could Face Ban in Jersey by 2025
Jersey may see a ban on disposable vapes starting April 2025 as part of a broader effort to expand the Single Use Plastics Law, which already banned single-use plastic bags in 2022. This proposal, led by Environment Minister Deputy Steve Luce and Infrastructure Minister Constable Andy Jehan, aims to improve both public health and environmental protection. The proposition is expected to be lodged in early September, with a debate scheduled for late October.
